Gladys Mak in Emily Kwan - State Farm Insurance is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with! She is very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspects. She answered many of my questions related to my policies and my claims and even helped follow up with my claim adjusters when I had difficulty finding them. I've been with State Farm for a very long time, but I switched to Emily Kwan's agency almost 8 years ago because (1) my previous agent wasn't very responsive, and (2) I moved to the area. I really like Emily's team, especially Joanna Tang. She has great communication, she's kind, patient, not pushy with sales, and she remembers me when I call once in a blue moon! She's made updating and adding insurance plans and premiums throughout life's milestones so smooth with her knowledge on best rate plans for my situation. I highly recommend working with Joanna Tang and Emily Kwan.

In the midst of the pandemic, I wanted to see if I could lower my payments. Emily and her team has always been patient with me and that has always remain the same since the past years I have been a customer.
