Wow! What an experience. I've know Joel and many of the folks at Empire for a long time so I knew exactly who to call when I needed a company to manage my house since I moved 3,500 miles away. Jessica set me right up and had a long-term tenant in the house in no time at all. Fast forward 4 years and I had been debating whether or not to sell and before I could even call, Joel, called me and said he had a buyer that couldn't find anything on the market but my house may work perfect. Sure enough, he sent over an offer for more money than I expected. The escrow process in Alaska is really tough right now with appraisers and Title backed up but somehow he managed to get the appraisal waived and we closed early!
