My business had a banking problem and needed to open a specific type of bank account with some special requirements. Our previous bank (with whom our business had been a loyal client for over 30 years) made it so difficult to deal with them that they were essentially telling me that they no longer wanted our business (so much for loyalty to their clients). Being new to the area, we were looking for a bank that offerred larger safe deposit boxes to rent, as well as an account. All other banks either had no safe deposit boxes or very small ones. Enterprise had just what we were looking for. Marie, is very attentive and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is that we ran into a software issue when we needed to add 3 people to the account and had to deal with printing and mailing the form back.

Fantastic staff, great customer service. I researched banks nationally and Enterprise had a top rating. They make more conservative loan and investments than larger banks, that's what I wanted in economically-challenging times.
