Selling my large older home was sometimes a headache for both of us. My 33 year-old home had issues I was not aware of, including septic and roof repair. When these issue came to light Kathleen always had professional contacts to provide skilled services at reasonable prices. The calm, self-assured manner in which she handled every hurdle went a long way in reducing my stress level. Even as we entered the holiday season and interest rates began to rise, Kathleen kept her positive attitude and
continued working tirelessly on my behalf. Soon after the holiday season, we successfully sold my home for a fair price that I am more than happy with.

Kathleen is obviously an excellent, experienced agent. What really stands out for me is Kathleen's excellent communication skills. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, but I also noticed how well she communicated with real estate agents and other professionals to facilitate the buying and selling process.

To Kathleen, going above and beyond seems to be second nature. When I moved a half hour away, Kathleen would often go by my house to take care of things like turning on lights and checking the thermostat. She even came with her husband to help me move heavy items into the truck headed to the landfill.

They want their money, they want their money, they want their money. They want to jack up the rent whenever possible and play "landlord" but when it comes time to do repairs they drag their feet and make excuses.... that is right up until they are going to sell your rental out from under you and that's when things all of a sudden get addressed and fixed. Next to no consideration for notice before sale. If you are renting and you find these people as your property managers - run. Buy a house. Move in with mom. Etcetera. Sally was TERRIBLE. I have called this company three times to ask about a rental property and the Realtor has yet to call me back. I called her, tried to leave a voicemail and her mailbox was full. Completely unprofessional. When I called again to ask about speaking to her, a gentleman told me "I don't know, I'm not her secretary". I have tried to give them a chance but they do not treat people kindly or fair. Don't waste your time calling, they won't call you back.
