GREAT customer service. There are agents, then there are the very few that actually watch out for you and make you feel like family. We have been with Ernie for 30 years now. The best!

BTW I was with a different major insurer but my wife wanted me to change over to Ernie Lope State Farm. I studied this and got advice from a friend who works in the insurance business. He recommended I switch. I'm glad I made this choice.

Highly recommend this office! Worked with Cynthia Midyett and she was amazing! Helped me pick the best life insurance policy and was extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process. They are not like other places that make you feel pressured to just sign and be done with. Even now I am able to call and check in if I ever have any questions, with no complaints.
