Have been with State Farm for many years (20+). My previous agent retired and our policies were all picked up by Ethan Gammill several years ago. Initially, things were fine. I rarely if ever, have the need to actually go in and speak to or call my agent. However, recently anytime I have tried to call his office and speak with him I am unable to. I am told that a message will be given to him and he will call me back. I have waited days without hearing from him. This last instance, after being told he was at lunch, I called back at 4:30 only to be told that Ethan knew I had called for him, but he would have to call me back the next week. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Still haven't heard from him. Needless to say, I'm actively looking for a new agent.
