Stopped in/1st time visit2 the Credit Union for shared services w/ my Credit Union. Staff was helpful &courteous. Obtained information I needed as well as Guidance with services. Plenty of parking with a drive-thru and an ATM on the outside of the front doors. Odd location but visible 2 the eyes. Thanks Jessica Valerio for being patient on our visit w/ you as our Field Service Rep. You helped a great deal, you made us feel welcomed by answering my questions & I appreciate your help!

My debit card has been compromised 3 times in 6 months, and it is only used at ATMs for withdrawals. Nothing else. I am well aware of vulnerabilities associated with outdoor ATMs, but I use my Chase debit card for EVERYTHING..Amazon, other online purchases, at gas stations, etc. I haven’t had this happen with my Chase card in years. My choices are: go to the branch to get a card or wait 2-3 weeks to get it by mail. Yeah…2-3 weeks. I called the only number listed for Excite, and it is an 800 number that goes to a call center. THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THE BRANCH DIRECTLY. So, I take time off work to go there on Saturday. The cashier begins our transaction in English, then suddenly starts talking in Spanish. I assume he’s talking to someone else, since we had been talking in English. He just stood and stares at me. Says “I’m talking to you, and you are just on your phone.” Then proceeds to say “he is used to people being bilingual.” Um..wow! So after giving their standard spiel about “there’s nothing they can do; just need to be careful about ATMs.” Then they tell me their card printing machine is down. Remember, there is no way to reach the branch directly to verify when it might be working again. I will be looking for another credit union. This is not working out well, and is becoming much more of an inconvenience than anything else.

It would be negative 5 stars if possible... ive been with this company for over 3 years and everything was good... my car payments are less than 4 hundred, when I called they told me my payments are supposed to be $500 + and that it's my fault trying to shift it towards them, when they clearly failed to tell me it was higher for over a year but they didn't say anything even tho I called every month to make each payment.

Ended up paying 690 just for 1 month.

Very little help and bad attitude from customer service.
They might reply to the review but they don't really care.

I have a car loan with this credit union and have had the worst experience dealing with Melissa she is the most unprofessional rude person I have ever encounte. numerous times I have asked to get her manager or superior to call me as I’m so done dealing with her and all she says is good luck with that preceding with a laugh. She cals My family members and discloses my information which I don’t think she can legally do.

My mom went in to talk to a banker about a problem with the app rejecting a check because it didn't read it correctly. This is the first time we had an issue like this, so she wanted to get it fixed. The banker literally insulted my mom and told her "to be responsible" as if she is a little kid! My mom is one of the most responsible people I have ever known. She has never had an issue like this and it wasn't even her fault because we did take the picture correctly and the app accepted it at first.
Who tells their customers this?! Especially when it was an issue we never had happened before? She never overdrafts either. The banker should be fired for treating a customer in such a way.
Terrible customer service. That is the reason we left and my mom is leaving this bank now as well. I do not recommend this bank, there are better credit unions in the Bay Area.

This bank and excite branch is the most incompetent bank I have ever encountered. I came in with 25 days ago and drop off a trust document to transfer a family members account into a trust and they have done nothing with it. My family spend over $10,000 in attorney’s fee for a trust and they have wasted it and at end my uncles account was put on hold and our family are scrambling around on how to pay bills because they did not do their job.
