Josh promptly contacted me to let me know that the issue with MS Teams was not specific to our staff and instead was an issue with the MS Data Center. At least I think that is what he said, it was last week after all, and my code name is "Leaky Pipe" for good reason. Wait, does that sound wrong? Hmmm. Anyway, he also let me know where I could access status information on Microsoft known issues. If only I could remember where it was that he told me I could access that information. Sigh, I'm sure he won't mind a call back.
