This is a wonderful coworking space! It is well designed, very modern and clean, and great amenities like a Dollop espresso machine. The common areas are comfortable, and my day pass booking gave me a private office which was an unexpected delight! The community manager Gil More was friendly, professional, and helpful.

Needed a place to work for a day while visiting and I can’t recommend it more. Super convenient location, Gil was extremely helpful with my questions and made sure I had everything I need. Working in sales I need a strong phone and video bandwidth and it had both. Great place for a quick visit or a long term stay.

Dec 2024 edit: Gil is no longer here but it's still a great place to work.

June 2024: The best cowork I've found in the Loop. The community manager, Gil, is amazing and the warm welcome one receives on arriving sets the tone for the rest of the day. Dollop coffee in the kitchen and the comfy digs make for a very productive day of work.

I love our space at Expansive! We have made our office super homey and the space is always clean when we come in every day. The maintenance and community manager, Gil, are fantastic! Gilmore is our property manager at 100 S State street. He takes care of us as if we are family and close friends. The ultimate den “mother”!! He greets us every day with a smile and enthusiasm. He is always there to answer questions or help us if needed - even for the smallest of tasks. He provides small thoughtful “events” such as cards for mothers and Father’s Day ; most recently a little gift bag for Independence Day; posts events in the loop that may interest us. He truly makes it much easier and more enjoyable to come and spend time at the office.

I had a great experience at Expansive 100 S. State! The space is beautiful, and has a modern, professional atmosphere that’s perfect for getting focused work done, meetings etc .

Nadya was incredibly welcoming ! and super helpful — she explained all the details clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with the amenities . The setup is really cozy . I definitely plan to come back more often. Highly recommend this location and Nadya for anyone looking for a high-vibe coworking environment in the heart of downtown Chicago.

Excellent experience booking an office for a day while I was in the city! Steps away from the blue line making it easily accessible from the airport. Comfortable and welcoming lounge. Easy to access. Quick WiFi. Quiet and private for meetings. Highly recommend!

This office is a great way to focus and get work done. The open kitchen to prepare your food and drinks, to the call booths that give you a quiet space to take meetings and calls. I have also had a great experience with Carley who is the manager of the building, great conversations as well as capable and willing to help with whatever you need in office. There are tons of office rooms as well where you could have your own space for your own buisness. I highly recommend here if you are thinking of having your own office space.

Great space that has a variety of private offices, co-working spaces, individual desks, conference rooms, and phone rooms. Conveniently located super close to public transport. The manager Carley was extremely helpful in helping with reservations, building entry, figuring out how the coffee machine works, etc.!
