don’t even bother with this joke of a “business”

honestly, calling it a business is disrespectful to the people who actually run and operate small businesses professionally.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and a big HUGE NO!
It honestly felt like I was talking to a little high school boy on the phone. The amount of times they called me “bro” and then proceeded to say they’ll call the cops cuz I had questions about my filings LMAO.

If the owner has their 13yr old son answering phones while playing Fortnite, please take a look at your recent reviews and rethink your business decisions. It’s one thing to SUCK at doing your job and having zero work ethic or professionalism, and it’s another to act so entitled as if there is a line of beggars waiting for YOU to do their taxes.

It’s truly comical.

People who are afraid of cops will threaten to use them because they think everyone is fearful.
Don’t scam … and MAYBE you won’t have to be so scared!
I don’t really care to write reviews often but this one made me laugh.

Staff is not professional. They book appointment but don't honor the time and will make you wait past appointment time. Charging top dollar but completely unprofessional in customer service.

Fair warning do not use their service, Qaiser and taimor are rude and didn’t did my taxes and charged $350 and when I try to call them they don’t pick up. DO NOT USE these guys.

After speaking with Qaiser Ashfaq who works at EZ tax financial he asked me to email him my documents and he can get started. That was the last time I was able to get in contact with him. I emailed him the requested documents and he completely disappeared. I called his office several times and left messages asking for a call back even if he did not want to work with me for whatever reason.. I called his cell phone and no response. I emailed him and still NOTHING. I hope he did not take my personal information and misused it. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND VERY FUSTRATING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Not professional, not responsive, and a huge waste of time!

Very professional staff with very professional appearance. Always ready to help . Mian Qaisar and his staff serving the community almost 20 years in all those years I found them really really helpful and professional. Beside the tax if u need to ask some thing in his approach he will do his best. He will always give you best decision which is best for u too. Highly recommended.

the accountant himself was great. he made sure i got seen and greeted me. however the receptionist was pretty snappy. unsure if it’s because we are from the same country, but that doesn’t give him the right to have a smart comeback to everything i said. he then towards the end (i forgot to mention something) replies to me, sighed loudly and said “you should’ve told me before i began all this” he could of said that without an attitude or said “for future reference please let us know ahead of time of anymore add ons to your visit” they could use a new receptionist...

STOP! STOP! STOP! MUST NOT GO. You will repent. Haris prepared our tax return, and Main Qasir fnalized. Later, we had a big trouble with our tax return, but Main Qasir did not take any responsibility. Though, we provided everythig on time. Infact, neither he apologized, did not take our phone calls, not fixed the mess which he and his assistant (Haris) made for us. Once he messes up, he WILL NOT take any responsibility. Finally, we ended up going somewhere else for the solution. Moreover, these guys are doing business with Desi folks most of the time and that is why they are extremely lack in professionalism. MUST NOT GO!

Mr.Qaiser and Mr.Haris Always do a great job and fast to respond to any questions.Mr.Qaiser Ashfaq is so professional, knows every bit of the tax laws. i will never hesitate to recommend to any of my families and friends.
