My husband and I had a great experience at this shop. From initial contact, setting up repair date, to ordering parts, and keeping us informed throughout. The whole process was smooth and customer service from Mike and his staff was superb. If there was any additional work that caused a delay, we received all updates. Our vehicle looks brand new! I would recommend this shop to anyone based on customer service and quality of work. Definitely put our mind at ease.

Avoid This Business at All Costs
I will not be using this body shop for any future repairs. While I had no issues with a couple of vehicles previously, my recent experience was nothing short of terrible. On one occasion, they cut minor corners, which I chose to overlook. However, the last two vehicles I brought in were plagued with problems. The most significant issue was their complete lack of communication.
Paperwork was poorly submitted on their end, causing significant delays. Despite multiple requests for billing information, they kept dodging the issue with every excuse imaginable. To this day, I have not received any paperwork or updates.
The staff here is incompetent, and I strongly advise anyone looking for reliable service to look elsewhere. I regret giving them my business and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Fairbanks Collision employees has the best costumer service. They always take time to listen and explain things. Brittany and Brenda were very patient and polite. Brittany did a great job in updating on everything about my vehicle. I give her outstanding grade for that.. thank you so much for taking care of my car ….I highly recommend!

if you get into an accident, this is the place to go! the customer service was 10/10. they updated me about my car continuously without me even having to ask to. the staff is so friendly. especially brittany! i know i was getting on her nerves but she was so sweet to me. i feel like they also detailed my car in addition to the work that needed to get done. i’ve experienced other repair shops out here in fairbanks but this one is the best one in my opinion.

Everyone was great! They were fast, great communication, and the repair is beautiful. They worked well with my insurance, and even gave me a quote to fix a small issue that I warned them about but was planning on fixing myself and it was reasonably priced and very fast to fix. Would definitely use them again!!

They were very professional and responsive in keeping me updated with the progress and answering any questions asked by me. My car was with them for a very long time but due to the unavailability of the parts. Once all the parts came in the shop it took them only a couple weeks to put everything together. Everyone is very nice and professional and I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair. I have already recommended them to my coworker who needs to get his truck fixed. They can get very busy and the wait time can be long, but that only attests to the quality and reputation of their works.
