Technician I had was great today. She was patient with me though I kept dropping my chin as she was trying to clean my teeth😆The dentist was clear in his explanation of what my options are moving forward, and didn't rush through my questions. Thankful for both the technician and the dentist😀👍 The woman who would be helping me set up my next appointment helped me understand what my insurance would cover and what I would be paying out of pocket. She was gracious in her repeating and re phrasing things for me so I could understand better how that works. Good appointment for sure.

The only thing that was strange to me and disappointing was the music being played when in the waiting room. The first song that I heard used the f word a couple times. I know they help kiddos there too with their dental care, so I was taken a- back, and though I will be back to have my teeth taken care of there, I most likely won't be referring anyone I know with children. Unless it was just a one time instance...maybe not a common song they have playing.

I'll gladly leave another review after I have a root canal done just in case any one would like to read how they are with root canals 🙂

Absolutely amazing dental practice - Everyone was so kind and the facility was clean and gorgeous. They have lots of options for beverages and coffee before your visit and a cool little arcade cabinet with tons of games to play while you wait. Costs were reasonable and everything was explained to me before it went into my care plan, including pros and cons. Kali, my hygienist, was super friendly and thorough and was so pleasant. As was Dr.Brant. Took all the fear out of my visit (as someone with dental anxiety) and made me excited to come back!

I just had my initial appointment here and it was fantastic. The staff was amazing from checkin to check out and Dr. Nikki really spent time with me discussing options after taking time to find my exact problem. I couldn't afford a large out of pocket amount with my not very good insurance and they were committed to finding me a solution that fit my needs as well as budget. The staff really cares about patients there. A huge barrier to me receiving dental care in the past was such a low amount my insurance would cover and not having the funds to prioritize my care. They were very non judgemental and that meant a lot to me. I'll definitely continue to receive dental care here!

The actual dental care seems to be fine, but I originally just went in for a cleaning and I continued to be told I needed this that and the other thing and I unfortunately believed them. Expect 2 to 3 different appointments before actually getting your cleaning. It was around 3-4 months from my first appointment to when I finally got my teeth cleaned. Do not get a new retainer from them like I did, my old one was waring out and I had very specifically mentioned that my new one would need a slight correction to keep my teeth straight. Several hundred dollars later the new retainer came back without any correction, but I was done handing out hundreds of dollars and months of waiting time to get any more care from this clinic.

Dr. Nikki and the staff at Fairbanks Family Dental are amazing! It was my first time at this clinic. The environment was very warm and calming and the check in process was seamless. I really appreciate that the Hygienist Brandy as well as Dr. Nikki allowed me to take an active roll in my care by educating me during my exam. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Nikki.

We love Dr. Nikki, she’s a phenomenal dentist. She takes her time explaining everything and makes sure we understand the plan or what was done at the appointment. I couldn’t recommend her enough to our friends!!

This was only my first visit. The representatives & Doctor were professional, pleasant. They were always were concerned that I was comfortable and relaxed during my examination. Everything was explained about my dental health so I could understand it. I even left with documentation which was also understandable. After my next appointment (I had a late in the day exam appointment) cleaning appointment, I am confident they will provide me with a plan in to improve my quality of life. ( 67 years old front teeth but only lower molers)
