In Spring of 2024, Falcon Alaska remodeled my house roof, bringing it from an old and fragile flat roof to a well engineered, eye-pleasing shingled new one. Steven and Grant both visited my home enough times to carefully inspect the existing roof, foundation, interior structure and crawl space before giving me a final design and price.
I appreciated Falcon’s approach to this project. Throughout, I was advised of progress, and always given time to consider my choices. They had lifts and quality building materials delivered first. Then the crew came ready to start promptly at 7 AM each day; it was still dark at that hour so they came equipped with generators, cold weather gear and proper outdoor lighting. There were usually 3, sometimes 4, workers and they seemed to work as a team without a single moment of waste. I was amazed how fast tear down went and new roof, shingles, and insulation were added. Even neighbors commented how professional the speed and construction appeared.
A year later, I am still pleased with the quality and workmanship from Falcon Alaska. I recommend them to anyone in need of a trusted local construction company that operates efficiently and professionally.

From our design phase from out of state, to building during the height of COVID, Steven and his team made the process as painless as possible. We relied on him to take our ideas and turn them into results that made sense in Alaska. Our project manager quickly addressed our change requests with the subs and kept us informed of the progress and any issues as they arose. The attention to detail was top notch and their standards are quite often upgrades in other houses. Couldn’t be happier with who we chose to build our forever home.

Everyone always hears horror stories with home builders. I’m so excited to say that Falcon is NOT one of those. We began our build process with Falcon Alaska in 2020. The staff was collaborative and enthusiastic, and able to incorporate all of our custom design ideas into our beautiful home. During the build, we were encouraged to stop by the work site and watch as the construction progressed. When we had questions or concerns, the Falcon staff addressed them promptly, in their typical friendly and knowledgeable fashion. Our finished house is stunning thanks to Falcon Alaska!

The Falcon team was a pleasure to work with.
Everything is thoughtfully streamlined to make the entire experience a breeze.
The beginning of the process was a discussion with design team, site managers, and heads of company. Practical expectations were set and design aspirations were sussed out.
From there everything was then uploaded and managed through an easily accessible application on computer. This was very much appreciated, as it made reviewing designs and options super accessible at anytime day or night.

Communication was spot on and we were able to reach the project manager with questions and concerns easily. Response time was prompt and we felt heard.

Having Falcon manage the project was a relief as we had someone arranging the sub contracting and an experienced ear to bounce our many questions off of to get the guidance needed.
