I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We see Melissa & she is awesome! She really listens! Sometimes referrals take time, but she sends them right away, so i dont know why its so slow to go through (Possibly insurance). We've never been treated negatively by anyone there. Appointments are a couple months out, but if you call right at 8am for a same day appointment, they can usually get you in. You do have to wait on hold though as I do think they are usually short staffed. We will continue being patients with this clinic.

Since switching to the Kelso from the Longview one, I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've found the staff fantastic and quite professional. People do need to realize that it is the low budget provider. However, I've never felt that way towards this hard working office

I see Lisa Olson and she's fantastic. It's the people answering the phones that are just plain condescending and rude. Generally when you are a clinic patient you can see any Dr in the clinic in an emergency or severe situation, but apparently here it is not that way. It wasn't even offered to me.

Beware! They say they have multiple providers accepting new patients but there is only 1. It takes months to get an appointment. Even if you were seen at the ER and the ER wants you seen at a certain time. THEY WILL NOT honor that! Then something either happens with the doctor the day before your appt and you have to get a New provider or reschedule for another couple months out or your seen for 5minutes and they say they cant see you for that issue. Then it takes them 3months to send the referral to a specialists. Waste of time. Medical issues ignored. Find a doctors office that actually cares about you as a patient. Not one trying to rip off the insurance companies.

I have now been waiting almost 2 months for an ultrasound referral. I have called, and they can't help at all. Unless you can't help it, avoid this clinic at all costs. They don't put their patients first. To add salt to the wound, almost every time I cal, it rings, and rings, and rings, and then, goes silent. And hangs up.

Staff are very rude and ignore you when you walk in. After sitting for 30 mins I was finally called back to be told I'll have to wait another 45 mins for the doctor to come in when my appointment was at 12

Very professional, courteous, and polite
I see Melissa and she is the best!! Always listens to me and talks about options or anything for that matter , and the girls up front know most by first name basses and are just the same as the rest of the staff. The best of the best, thanks a lot gals

I went over a month ago and they brought the wrong person into my appt and sent them out the door with my paperwork. The nurse was VERY rude and made me feel as if I had no right to be upset about the situation. She also had the audacity to call me rude after I even felt like I needed to apologize for their mess up. They never let me file a complaint they all said it was something they would put as an "incident report" that btw, I never heard back on.
