Never answered my phone nor email requests for cancellation by canceling my HOA policy. Continued to charge me for 5 months after I cancelled my policy. Mind you the policy was cancelled due to my moving to another state. Corporate was belligerent and of no assistance either. I gave them plenty of chances to do the correct thing. As a business owner I know you never want to face chargebacks nor regulators. I give company’s much grace to do the right thing, before taking these actions. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with my bank, and then received a bill?! from Allen’s office, that I reported them to the Ca regulators today… now I’m receiving “I’m right you’re wrong emails, from Allen”. And my response is this review! How far does one go to cut off their nose to spite their future business. Would I recommend this business to my loan clients….? Would you? Would I now recommend them to my 1500 mortgage broker associates? Sometimes being right will wrong you.

Do you worst insurance I ever had back in in an accident not at her fault someone sideswiped her and was speeding. I had to pay $1000 deductible and now is December and I have not received a dime.. the runaround, and they say they’ll contact me and let me know and nothing for months so rod don’t use this insurance at all none of the farmers insurance there are the worst. I had Wawanisa problem with them why I don’t use them because I was here temporary and my vehicles are registered in Arizona. That’s why I could not use them anymore or else I would not even hesitate to use Wawanisa. Do yourself a favor. If you have Farmers Insurance get someone else before it’s too late and if you don’t have insurance farmers and you’re thinking of getting farmers don’t!!
