Can't answer simple questions about what's covered under insurance like if an association hires contractors that modified the pitch and slope and now water is running down towards my property instead of away like before if it's covered. Also if the insurance covers trees that aren't properly maintained and happen to damage my property what is actually covered. I like the act of God answer typical insurance lingo. Why anyone would use this company is beyond me they charge a premium over what you can get directly from the carriers at a cheaper price. And if your wondering I talked directly to Mary what an unprofessional person I'm sure the people in her office are no better.
