My family and I moved from Hawaii and we needed a new insurance policy in California. We had Farmers Insurance in Hawaii and thought we’d continue with Farmers. I called and I got a voicemail. I left a message for a call back. I can understand that people do get busy and don’t get call backs after a couple days but I didn’t receive call back at all so I reached out to another insurance company.
