I have been working with David Yates for many years. I don't feel like I am dealing with just the name Farmers; I deal directly with David. He has taken care of me and my family through policies for my home, cars, and umbrella. He has always been extremely professional. He returns my calls in the same day. Anything I need, he gets right on it. If he can't help me with an issue, he finds a solution for me. He is very good and the one reason I wouldn't leave Farmers. We've really created a nice friendship over the years.
