Farmers insurance company is the worst company to have their ranked in the top 10 of not paying claims. And one of the adjusters was very RUDE and talked down to my mother when she asked simple question. The man has no respect for women and I told him so. I wouldn't waist one dime on their products. They are also ranked 9 as the insurance company to not have according to the internet. Oh! One last thing I will add. You know their saying in their commercials where they say see when this weird or strange accident happened and the guy says "yep we covered it!" BS they are snakes and will do WHATEVER IT TAKES NOT TO PAY A CLAIM! I can't even give them a star rating but can give them a big fat ZERO for customers service and backing up their policies they sell.

I love the response to the customer who complained he got lousy service as a result of criminal behavior. That alone makes the owner a worthy provider. 😀😀😀
