My Experiences with Esmanuel have been nothing but top notch professionalism. I been with Esmanuel for more than twenty years to now both my daughters are covered by him. He has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question a policy change and guiding me through and accident I had in Los Angeles. His help and Farmers I was able to relax and continue enjoying our vacation without any worry. From towing, dealing with the salvage, to rental car, never skipped a beat on our vacation, for that alone his service is priceless. Thank you Manny!

I have been with Farmers insurance for approximately 35 years. My experience with them and my agent, Manny Ruiz, has been top notch. He has been extremely helpful keeping me current with my insurance needs. Easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I was insured with Farmers via this agent for more than 2 years. I had a great experience with Farmers especially when it comes to paying claims; they make the experience smooth and they go after the other party for you when it is not your fault. However, while Farmers was fine, I was extremely disappointed with this agent – Esmanuel Ruiz himself. He was very rude to me, talked down to me as a woman, and viscously wanted to get into personal business by all means. When I called him to cancel my policy because the premium had doubled in comparison with what I started with 2 years prior, he refused to cancel my policy unless I told him his competitor. While I thought he had canceled my policy as I requested, He later surprised me with a bill. My advice is to cancel via the portal to have records of it as many people can not be trusted.
