They are there when you need them without stalling and are on your side
If a problerm comes up.
Found that there rates are excellent, and like the fact that i can walk into the office and talk with the agent.
I don't know if this is true with all there locations, however this one is there to take good care of their customers.

My family has been insured with Fred for about 24 years and in that time we have had a house flood (Broken pipe) claim and a car accident; also, my kids have had a couple accidents. Every time, Fred, Barbara and Claudia have always taken care of us. They are professional and Friendly, and just good people. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to chat to see how everyone is doing. And when my son decided to get a fast sports car, Fred gave him a friendly lecture on driving safe. I love that!
PS. My son came out of Fred's office with a smile on his face; That's the effect Fred and Barbara have on you!

After calling many agents to insure my boat Fred Hights girl in the office named Barbara said they could insure my sportfishing boat--after many discussions about what I needed ,they said no problem--and I was very detailed about it.Many mistakes made through this process -to get a marine survey and then they could bind coverage --well how do you tow a large boat to the water with no insurance and drive it in the ocean with no insurance-- they dont have the knowledge to get a binder for temp insurance so I COULD OPERATE MY BOAT FOR A SEA TRIAL IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENED -- so I had to tell them about it --some time later my boat was broken into --and low and behold nothing is covered, after I specified about that ---called started a claim-- got the run around three weeks --told me that they are through with this move on to bad so sad-- STAY AWAY

this company is crap they take all your information and after that gives to collected company....never give them any personal information ..
