I started the process of getting a home insurance policy at the beginning of the week. Communicated with Amber Orozco via email. She was great to work with and made everything so painless. I was able to not only get a new policy in just a couple days, but also am saving by bundling with new auto insurance. Was able to get earthquake and fire coverage as well. Thank you Farmers! Took them so long to add a car to my insurance the DMV canceled my registration for lack of proof of insurance. The incompetent personnel at this office is beyond comprehension. Now I have to jump through hoops with the DMV to get registration reinstated. UNACCEPTABLE
