Even after I let Jennifer know how poorly my claim had been handled, she never made contact to find out how to fix it. I did get an email saying she got the bad review and would look into improving. If this was my customer, I would immediately be on the phone. Jennifer's crew handed me over to the claims department. They asked me to get ahold of the police report, which is their job. The claims department expected me to do all of the work and they still can't tell me where my $500 deposit is. They said it would take up to 2 months. It is over two months now and the claims department says it's not their job, while Jennifer's office says it's not her job either. We just got a notice our insurance is going up and there have been NO accidents or tickets (except the one where a person hit my car and then disappeared in a parking lot - thus, the police report. The man was found and his insurance was billed.). Farmer's is right there front and center when it comes to taking our money, but nowhere to be found if we need help with a claim. It's someone else's job. So after more than 20 years, we are exiting this company.

Jennifer's agency has been so frustratingly shady. They coached me to change my policy to exclude my college daughter after changing the due date for my renewal documents because it would be easier for the process. Then didnt renew me anyways for one page missing that wasn't on the list of documents. She promised I could add my daughter back in when I needed to only to have an office assistant call the day before and say they can't. After many years being with Farmers, she is the reason I'm looking for another insurance.
