DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM. SCAM COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Farmer’s insurance when I was picking up my new car. I spoke to the phone rep Carlos on July 12th. I asked if there was going to a price change on my policy and he said it might change after it is renewed in a month from then. I received NO notification via phone ( I demanded for call recording and they refused), emails or letter in the mail to bring awareness that my bill would be over $400 more for this car for the last month of the insurance policy. I was then notified with 2 letters saying that I owe that amount. Upon many unsuccessful attempts to confirm with them what the charge was via email and phone, the various reps I spoke to were extremely disorganized. They initially told me it was a balance from last year. I let them know that I was pay in full. Finally, Jesus let me know it was from the one month of the new car being added to the policy. I was very upset as I would have cancelled the policy immediately and moved over to my current insurance provider had I know this. There is zero proof they can provide to me to show they had notified me of this. This is illegal to charge a customer an insurance premium increase in the aftermath. To make matters even worse, Jesus let me know he will get back to me and see if they can waive this. I heard nothing back and only was notified of this via a debt collector reaching out. FYI, they also tried to renew my policy at over $6000 when I am now with Progressive Insurance for under $2000. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Great customer service! With all the changes in CA regarding insurance, Joel and his team were able to help me out. Cant believe people even complain, they probably think everything is simple and easy, or don’t have an idea of the 25 day waiting period with all insurance companies.
