I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by John Weis regarding my business liability insurance. Without consulting me, as the business owner, they reported a significantly lower revenue than the actual figures, simply guessing a number. This lack of communication and poor judgment resulted in unnecessary penalty fees for my business.

I never authorized John Weis to make such decisions on my behalf. This is a clear example of unprofessionalism, and I now have to deal with the consequences of their mistake. I expected better accountability and transparency from an insurance agent, and this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

To make matters worse, his response to this issue was careless and dismissive, showing a complete lack of regard for the impact his actions had on my business. His behavior has demonstrated a troubling level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I strongly advise others to avoid working with John Weis. His lack of integrity and accountability makes him an unreliable choice for any business-related matters. Beware of doing business with him to prevent similar issues and unnecessary stress.

After having several issues with Farmers in regards to my policies and them being handed off all the time to agents no where near me I finally got John. While he is still a great distance from my residence he explained why my policy couldn't be handled by the local agents. He took the time to help me update the policies remotely due to COVID.
