Does not return calls or e-mails. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The previous agent recently retired and this gentleman took over. I called him last month to remove a vehicle I recently sold. Did not return my call. I called last week and he asked me to email him the request. Gave me the wrong email adress. I was able to get the correct email from the farmers app. Sent him another email. Did not respond. Finally called the toll free number today to have the vehicle removed. Looking to take my business elsewhere after over 10 years of being with this office.
