I have had an auto policy with Maria Cid and Insurance for over a year. The new Farmers policy provided better coverage than my previous insurance, while also providing reduced premiums. Hard to beat higher quality and a cheaper rate! Maria is responsive and provides excellent customer service. As with any insurance policy, it is important to make sure your rates upon renewal remain competitive with the market place. Maria is always open to discussion and will review your policy to ensure that you have the best coverage, and the best rate. The insurance business is highly competitive and policies are often difficult to understand and come with hidden fees, high deductibles, and high premiums! I trust Maria Cid to cut to the chase and give me an honest answer, while trying to save me money. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to let folks know that Maria is a quality insurance agent.

If I could give her zero stars I would!! Honestly have never felt so disrespected at an establishment before. I came in with several questions I wanted answered before I moved forward but this Maria person I guess couldn't be bothered! She looked so annoyed with me, I get having several questions can be a little annoying but she did not need to be so rude!

Dear Maria,
I shall remain anonymous for this post. I would not recommend coming here for car insurance. She tried scamming me and she always charges her customers over and over again. She is so unorganized and can’t keep her ssss together. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to deal with unecessary charges. I will no further come here ever again. Thank you.
