I called in January of this year to cancel my auto policies because of non-working vehicles. Now This is September and I noticed that I'm STILL being charged for one of them at $84 a month! I called and they refused to return my money from Jan to Sept. UPDATE!! I spoke to Mark Kuning and after looking into the situation I was given a full refund! I definitely appreciate that Mark stepped in to correct the mistake. I will be staying with Farmers for my other insurance needs.

We have our 2 vehicles, home and an umbrella policy through Farmers and Mark Kuning. He has always been knowledgeable about all the services we use and got us a great price on all our policies. We also had a 1986 Monte Carlo SS that he suggested another company might be cheaper to use as it was mostly a show car with very low miles driven.
We especially like that he is located in our city so we can stop by anytime if we need to ask him questions or make a claim. We are very happy having Mark be our insurance agent.
