Nathan Alpers at Nick Adamo Insurance Agency was my elderly father’s insurance agent for a number of years. Nathan was consistently forthright, honest, knowledgeable, and responsive to our insurance questions and needs. He went above and beyond to help. A couple of examples: When we had issues renewing a policy in a fire area, Nathan came to the house, surveyed the situation, and recommended steps to alleviate the risk. He even helped me physically remove one overhanging branch. When my sister, who was living in a different area and insured with a different company suffered a house fire, Nathan offered to talk with her and advise her as to how to proceed.

Nick and his team are truly top-notch in customer service and reliability. I can ALWAYS count on them to answer promptly and get what I need done through multiple methods of communication. I have made 5+ transactions in the last year and none of them took more than 24 hours to complete. I had documents available within hours and Nathan even took work home to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased. Not to mention the coverage premiums are more than fair and competitive but the service sets them apart. Great job!

Nick and Nathan and Farmers have been the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. They have walked me through the best options for both my home and auto policies, including helping me figure out how to insure a classic car. They are friendly, patient, thorough and highly responsive. Whenever I have a random insurance question, they gladly provide educated responses.
