Sadly, I'm really disappointed. I know my complaint is going to get swept under the rug. I know this because costumer service already did it to me once. It was a simple cancelation. I was putting in a request to cancel my homeowners policy, I just needed it to be back-dated. While doing so the situation was taken to the extreme, as they were harassing, pressuring, and being patronizing to me. Instead, now they had asked me to call the insurance company myself and cancel it. It would have taken them a few minutes through your brokers portal. It will now be a hindrance too me for the next few days.

Actually, I repeatedly asked you for more time to get my things in order. You called me everyday, after that. I'm pretty sure that's harrasment. Also, what is it to you if we cancel a policy a day or 2 weeks later. As long as it gets canceled, the urgency and patronizing attitude about how important it is, it really wasn't necessary.
Now, I have to repeat myself. You still haven't called my policy too back date it. Even though you were my agent at that time, and are being payed for work that you don't want to do. Because I am not your problem anymore?

I called this office to get commercial tow truck insurance…… and it took them forever to get back to me. I called on November 25th , and just got a call back at December 2nd , at 5:14 pm. I sent over all my pertinent information, and I was just left hanging…………….

A 12 month policy is $18,500 for 1 million dollar tow truck insurance. All I needed was a quote, since I was ready to buy the policy outright. Berkshire Hathaway got my business since they responded right away. Within 24 hours, I was fully insured.

I can only write a poor review based on the service provided. I don’t understand why you would not take a person seriously
People expect their insurance agent to be there in a moment of crisis……….. this is a big let down.

Claudia was great. My former Farmers agent retired, and my account was transferred to Richard Khasim. It took considerable time to go over several personal policies and one business policy to make sure everything was in order. Claudia was patient and thorough.
What I did not like was the chart showing the changes I requested in my policy. The print was very small, too small for my 68 year old eyes. All the information ran off the page.
The information showing changes in policy should be in 16 point font (minimum) and limited to one or two policies per page showing the changes and how the changes affect premiums. Time is money, for both the Khasim agency and its clients. There needs to be cleaner, simpler paperwork. Dennis Seymour.
