A big shout out to Myrna I must say she’s the best in providing the best customer service, she was so helpful when she took over my policy renewal process requirements, however both representatives were really great!! I was really please with Myrna’s service I recommend her she keeps you up to date and replies to emails same day and for me that’s a big plus and I appreciate that and also her calling us to follow up if we had received our renewal packet.
