Shelly Parsons is the best car/homeowners insurance we have ever used! We switched 3 years ago because of the cost saving for much better insurance!!! We just had our renewal for the year come up and Deri helped go through our coverage step by step and helped even more. Brenda was incredibly helpful! We spoke at length to better understand my insurance needs and wants. She made sure I had all the coverage that I needed and was even able to offer me other coverages I hade never considered, just because she listened! I recently transferred my coverage to the Shelley Parson office. I’ve never had an agent be so diligent about educating me on my coverage and going the extra mile to make sure I was protected! At first, I wasn’t really excited about doing an interview-depth review on my coverages (who has the time for that !?!) but, I’m SO glad I took the time to listen and that they were willing to invest their time to make sure I was covered. During the coverage review, we found some serious shortfalls that could have been catastrophic under the right circumstances. Very happy to be a customer and grateful for their persistence to get me to do that coverage review 🙂

I like the personal hands on service I receive , if I have questions or issues I can go to the office and have them taken care of right then. Just a little update, Shelly and her staff are in their new location on J st in Bentonville and it is beautiful. Very spacious modern and up to date. Parking is no longer an issue, very easy in and out. Just to give a shout out to Constance,really appreciate the hands on personal service. You can't get their level of service over the phone. So stop in and check out their new facilitie.
