I called regarding a quote for a comprehensive plan. They took all my information and promised to email me a quote. After not hearing back, I called again, and they assured me they'd send the quote. I still haven't received anything. I won't deal with such deceitful people who lack the courtesy to communicate with clients. They are a total waste of time.

His lack of follow up on our car policies after 35 years with farmers, has forced us to take our business elsewhere. Does not respond to emails. He had an assistant that was supposed to reach out and never did. Do not use him. Go elsewhere.

Tony was very professional in helping me recover expenses to repair a roof on our rental property. It was damaged in a recent wind storm when a tree fell down. The appraisal happened promptly and I got detailed report on damages and what needed to be done. Money was directly transferred to my band account to cover the expense of fixing the roof.
