We recently purchased a new car on a Saturday and in order to leave the dealership we needed proof of insurance.....as first time car buyers this was a curve ball for us. Ray and his staff were right there for us on their days off! Ray was coaching his junior soccer team (to win the championship!!!) so he wasn't able to get to his computer. He texted Tammy (on her day off), who was able to get to her computer and get us the policy within an hour. They are truly lifesavers, treat us like family and are always there for us. I MISS Ray Kellam insurance!
We recently moved to the East Coast and unfortunately are unable to get Farmer's Insurance where we live. Even worse, we are unable to work with Ray and Tammy! Enjoying your insurance company sounds a lot like enjoying your dentist (which I did too btw but that's a different review!). I cannot say enough about Ray and Tammy though. They have always been friendly, responsive, professional, and very importantly, understanding. I hope to find an insurance agency in this area that's even close.
