By far the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. I was asking a simple question and explanation and she kept saying how I’m not getting the full picture and said I was slow. The entire time she talked down to me and acted as if I was stupid. I then said how I wasn’t happy with Allstate lately or how this call was going and she said fine then change to Geico and hung up on me. I was in utter disbelief and very shocked with how I was spoken to. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend looking for a different agent.

hung up clients phones, lied to clients that agent can not help to submit glass claims and rental insurance claim are what the agent Faye does.This agent only reply emails when she wants to charge your insurance bills. I even sent follow up emails, still no response when I needed help with claims. I paid for the service, but did not get the agent services!! This agent never listen to clients, only interrupting what clients say then hung up! Can't believe this business can exist in the US. Me as a customer in Allstate, feeling very helpless and disappointed when I really needed insurance service. I am thinking to quit Allstate.
