First off this property is gorgeous. Very well managed and just stunning on the inside. But what really sold me was how awesome Dana has been to us. She made moving a breeze and really just made us priority during our move. We are so excited to enjoy our time here and so thankful for the peaceful neighbors as well. Thank you again Dana. If you are second guessing the townhome life with Fenwick Properties, don’t. It’s just as gorgeous as the pictures (if not more) and they see you as more than just a tenant. Best move choice I’ve made so far.

A true gem! I recently moved into one of their properties. I fell in love with the space as soon as I walked through it. The finishes and details are superior to any other. They pay a lot of attention to interior design and detail. My unit has a beautiful wood grain tile and lovely neutral shade of grey throughout the entire space. It's such a modern, clean and happy space to come home to every day! In addition to being one of the nicest rentals out there, they have gone above and beyond with any questions or requests I have had. They use an online maintenance system (app) to enter requests and it's made it super convenient through the move in process. They have been exceptionally fast at completing any requests I have made! I highly recommend this company.

Management was super nice and helpful. Responses are also very quick and efficient. Rental was in very good condition and the amount of space going from a single bed apt. to a three bed duplex is quite relieving for my girlfriend and I. Surrounding neighbors are also helpful. We just moved in so that's all I really have for now but so far the property and service have been excellent. I've already even recommended Fenwick Properties to a few people.

I rented from fenwick a duplex over off Dora in Van Buren loved. It loved it loved it and about giving a second chance. He definitely did. I would love to rent from them again.

Allison is the best! She has gotten us into brand new constructions, twice now over the past three years! They are so easy to work with, and very easy to get into contact with. We are moving last minute and got approved, lease signed, and deposits paid all within two days and the place is ours! Amazing company and will use them again! 10/10!!!

RUN! All of the five star reviews HAVE to be edited because this is the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Don't expect them to answer your calls, keep the property up, or have a overall clean kept establishment. The neighbors are trash and the property.

I’ve enjoyed living at my duplex. I needed a place fast because I had moved from out of state. Kristian helped me and had me in a duplex within a few weeks.
