I am so thankful for hearing about FHK Insurance from a TV ad. My husband & I recently retired & Jeff has been absolutely amazing with finding several Medicare supplement plans for us to compare our needs & premiums that allowed us to make our decision. We now have our coverage set up & I can not thank Jeff enough for all of his patience, knowledge, & expertise!! I was in need of health insurance for two years before Medicare begins. Being a low income family we were at a loss of where to begin FHK Insurance was highly recommended to me to see what they could do to make this affordable. From the first phone call I was impressed with Nikki Johnson. Her willingness to show personal interest to find a way made me feel heard and understood. This while being patient and kind through all the Emails to follow. Nikki's professionalism in her work and helping people find the right insurance for them is what she did for me. I wasn't sure what to expect when I called FHK, but I knew I needed assistance with Medicare/ Medicare Advantage plan. Bill explained things so thoroughly and was very reassuring as we ran into some bumps with the process. Both Bill and Gregory responded quickly to my questions, helped with contacting Medicare, completing the correct forms, and then the enrollment process for the Medicare Advantage plan. I would highly recommend FHK Insurance!

Mike Johnson was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the maze of Medicare more understandable for us, especially in terms of the practices Medicare follows and the basic terminology it uses. Mike answered every question we had. He was also well aware of our particular needs and used these needs to find the Medicare plan most suited to us. FHK was referred to me by a hospice organization In order to find important coverage for a disabled type one diabetic.
Instead of all the Robo calls, I received from Medicare type agents, Danielle Johnson provided swift personal and very knowledgeable help. It was clear she was dedicated to accomplishing the optimal coverage and continues to make herself available with any questions or concerns.
