I recently started renting a property that Fidelity manages. The application process was surprisingly smooth. The girls we talked to in the office were very accommodating with all of my questions and they made a very stressful time of my life, feel so much more comfortable. We were so excited to get approved. My girlfriend and I absolutely love this cute home and so does our dog! Everything was going great until one day our kitchen faucet broke. We submitted a maintenance request on this cool app they have. So easy!! A really nice guy contacted me immediately to schedule a time to fix it. He was able to arrive the same day! He was knowledgeable, professional, super friendly and he fixed it in record time. He made us feel like we were family. I've never had such an overall, pleasurable experience with any management company and I've moved around a lot because of my job. Fidelity really stands out as a cut far above the rest in Springfield or anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Maintenance team is great and is always ready to help and response to requests. My experience with Madison has been subpar, just spoke to her today about property damage being done by the grounds keeping company they hire. And instead of taking my complaint she was to busy playing a victim due to me being upset about damages done to my car, and property and asking her to remove them from entering the property. Would love to see if she actually passed my requests to her manager and see if it gets dealt with.

I have never lived with them (I inquired about a property - waste of time) but their process is very fragmented and lacks clear communication. You deserve to know.

Hey, I appreciate that and can appreciate a company striving to clean up their process.

My issue is albeit simple, but nonetheless frustrating. We requested a showing, was prompted on Zillow to input our information. After, we received an email stating to move forward, we need to fill out a form of yours online. All fine so far… then we got a text asking us to go over our situation and what we need for a residence before the rep FINALLY notified us we are not qualified because we have 3 dogs. So users have to fill out 2 forms and text with a representative before even knowing the baseline qualifications.

To save myself AND your company time - they should just include this information in the listing. Your representative doesnt have to waste their time - i dont have to waste mine - everything is easy.

The listing not having this information paired with the tag on the listing that says something like “perfect for pets” just makes it a bit misleading when it’s only “perfect” for two small pets. Cheers to us all being better in the future. Thanks!

Awful experience with them.
Don't even pay an application fee. You will probably be denied. You have to have a perfect credit score and make 3x the rent .
I have a credit score of 503 and make 3,000 a month and it wasnt good enough for them! And I have two kids and two jobs!
They denied us cause my husband didn't have paystub info for a job he was about to start! We have to have a house in order for him to work 3 hours away from our current home! We were trying to move, and they require a local paystub! They only accept men working apparently. Women workers aren't good enough

Have lived here 2 years and will not be renewing for a 3rd. The units are not maintained well, when you put in maintenance requests they take forever to get someone out here to do it and then they only want to hire the cheapest crappiest person to do the job so it's not done properly. They say it's because they can't find anyone in Branson to do the work. When we moved in ( Jan 23)we stated the back deck needed replaced as several boards were rotted and I was pregnant. It took until summer of 24 for them to get someone to replace it and only after me bugging them about it. Save your time and energy and just avoid this place
