What a great dealership!!!! I had been looking for a van to fit my needs for months and it was becoming extremely stressful. When I reached out to Fikes they were amazing from start to finish! They really helped alleviate my stress on my van purchase especially since I’m from the other side of the country and bought the van prior to even seeing it. I flew out to pick up the van and they coordinated getting me from the airport to the dealership to get my sprinter van! I can not say enough great things about this dealership and the folks that work there! A great experience start to finish thank you to everyone and a special thank you to Tim for coordinating the deal so well and handling everything with professionalism!!!

Zane was extremely helpful and courteous as my salesman. We corresponded briefly before my visit, where he made sure to find out exactly what my needs were. Several weeks ago I purchased a slide-in camper from Fikes.On original call I spoke to Zane. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge [camper was there on consignment] and said he would find out from the seller the ones he didn't know. He responded quickly and answered all my following calls and questions immediately. He went above and beyond to be helpful. When we arrived, he and Jeff spent most of the morning patiently helping us. Extremely happy with our experience. Highly recommend
