Stay away from these people, unfair business practice, they don't know their product, people over the phone would sound nice to reel you in , but once You’re there they'll say we don't have that available.
Don't waste your time. Worst credit union, take it from me.

This credit union is great.Have great customer service.Any questions you have they will help u anyway that they can.They have a lot of options to help with anything such as car insurance,credit card or even loans to help u with consolidate your debt or just a personal loan for whatever you need it for.Its a friendly environment and I would recommend to join this credit union and it's guaranteed that it's better than just a regular bank branch like B of A or Wells Fargo .You'll get your money's worth with this credit union.

Sina helped me refinance my car loan! He has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. Every time I go there, the bank tellers are so nice and friendly! I am very happy with Financial Partners credit union!

Recently got preapproved for a car loan here and it was actually fun! Lorenzo is personable and very helpful so ask for him when you go. Rates are fantastic and I saved a couple thousand. (Actually was able to get an upgraded configuration on the new car!) Usbank might just lose a customer.....

There isn't a conversation that I have with Sina, the branch manager, during which he doesn't give me information on how I could do better in the way I manage my money, and how his branch would be able to help. I love how I get information without pressure. But I know how to become a member when I'm ready. It feels like I'm a human not just a number.

I use their atm all the time. In my bank's ATM family. Got cash and actually went inside to buy a roll of quarters. They refused to sell an$10 roll of quarters to me! I told them I use their atm, they're in my banks ATM fsmfam. They said no dice unless you're a member of THEIR bank. I said I guess I will never become a member because of their rude and horrible customer service. Went to Wells Fargo where I'm also not a member and they sold me quarters in seconds. I would give no stars if I could.
