I have not yet had a great deal of experience with Finix in production, but I have had the pleasure of working with an account executive on the direct to merchant team, named Noah. Noah has gone out of his way to help answer my many questions and has followed up with me without me having to send extra emails reminding him of our conversation or follow up calls where I repeat everything from previous calls. In a world of faceless tech companies, chat bots and not great customer interactions, I am very pleased with how Finix has helped me so far. If Noah is an example of the kind of employees Finix hires, I look forward to working with this company in production.

If you just start you small business, I hope you avoid here. I bellive the risk team has some problem. They reject my application. Even I have totally enough net-asset and a high credit score. I think they select only aged company or stable company. no newbie. now I go Stripe. and,, I do not heard explaination of the reject. huh? Ah, Salesperson was good enough.

Finix a start up payment company with no hard operations in place. They pick and chooses businesses they *like. And brushes off the businesses they dont by saying they will “refer to their team” but will never follow up. On their site they showcase a bunch of obscure brands that they funded. Kinda sus

While the food was somewhat bland and the milk slightly expired, the people were really delightful. There was always a whiteboard within reach for those times when my thoughts were too abstract to convey with words alone. All the dogs were very well behaved. I’ve never met a group of engineers more passionate about payments. The front-end engineers were as physically fit as their CSS. The CEO had really great hair, and a story unlike any I’ve heard before. Definitely looking forward to returning.
