I had a wonderful experience working with Renee Brian. She is an excellent problem solver and was able to track down and obtain complicated information necessary to close our loan. Her communication is superb. I highly recommend Renee!

Made time consuming mistakes in final invoice with incorrect facts. I told them the invoice was incorrect, the "corrected" it and a business day before closing called and said I had to wire $650. immediately or it would not close. Their mistake and she somehow thought it was fair for me to pay an additional
$30 to wire more money. She reluctantly and rudely agreed to reimburse me for the wire money. Rude, unprofessional with an attitude. I do not recommend this company.

I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant it is to work with Darlene Burke at FAT! Not only is she intelligent and informed, but she is kind and understanding in all sorts of client situations. I recommend Darlene highly for her professionalism and the care and attention she gives to me and my clients.
