After Sally and then the Hail storm our beach house had a lot of damage to repair. Finally completed the work. Then our insurance carrier wouldn't pay! Valerie at First Baldwin Insurance stepped up to help us work through the insurance maze. Valerie represented us well and made sure our expenses were reimbursed. Update May 2024: My home insurance increased 30% this year so I reached out to First Baldwin for advice. Samantha reviewed my policy and researched other providers for me. She saved me over a thousand dollars/year moving me from Centauri to new carrier ( with same coverage/deductibles etc. ) She was so helpful, very friendly and keep me updated along the way. She even worked with my mortgage company to handle that end. I will continue to trust First Baldwin with my insurance needs as they have the expertise, resources and truly seem to care about their customer. I’ve never felt like a number or just an account with them. Thank you First Baldwin team.
