When the ACA website first got running, I wasn't able to navigate it very well. I entered all my info, hit "find a plan," and it would offer me $600 a month plans. (And I had no income at the time.) So, rather than attribute it to personal incompetence, I wrote the whole thing off as a waste.

Later, thanks to Gwen with FCIS, I was able to get a plan that provides the coverage I need with very little financial impact. In fact, Gwen saved my ASS. (Laggard that I am, I came to her when I needed coverage ASAP.) The turnaround time between our meeting and me being covered was phenomenal.

The next time I write a Google Review, it will be minus one painful, debilitating hernia. Gwen and FCIS are far out and really did all right by me.

Gwen was such a huge help and so kind. I lost my insurance and life had been very difficult lately. Scott was very thorough, explained everything so that we could understand, highlighted the points that were most pertinent to us and was very open for questions.
