Went through the drive up and the lady was extremely rude. She didn't accept a signiture and did not care to explain why, simply shouted "im not accepting this im sending it back" and that was that. If it would have been at the actual window she would have chucked it based off of that attitude. Not happy. Will not be returning to this bank. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.
