This by far has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting. The night we got the keys we went to the house and found a couple roaches so we used a roach bomb and more came out.This led to us pulling out the stove, dishwasher, and fridge funding out this was more of an infestation that was not taken care of prior to move in (see pictures). There were dead roaches and casings inside and behind the dishwasher as well as all around the outside of it, INSIDE both the stove and bottom portion as well as in cabinets and behind the fridge. On top of this behind the stove was left disgusting from prior tenants. This is beyond lazy on FirstKeys part. So I reached out via email, because it is literally not possible to speak to a local rep over the phone, so they could make it right and they told me that they weren’t going to and it was on me. After repeated emails back and forth they said they would send out someone as one time as a courtesy and no fault to him he was nice and did his best but he was not an exterminator in any way. He had very very basic product you can get at ace and the problem did not go away. So I ended up having to buy the product myself and take care of it since it costs hundred and hundreds of dollars for an actual exterminator to come out, possibly more than once. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
And I’ve noticed in the negative reviews they “can’t seem to verify the renter” so also attached is emails between the rep and myself.

Home is located in Tucson. Hope this helps at least one person and saves them this headache!

We had excellent yard maintenance service today on having our watering system looked at and a new tree planted by Sam -he also replaced a part within the water mechanism.

Also Carlos came by and updated the component of the watering system and unclogged some of the droppers as not enough water pressure was in the lines to get plants watered efficiently .

Montrel assisted in getting our air conditioning fixed. He is extremely kind and professional. This isn’t the first time he has been to my rental property and I always appreciate how prompt and communicative he is. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not just another customer. We’ve been with FirstKey now for a year and it’s been a pleasant experience. Working with their plumbing maintenance though, Mr. Tracy, absolutely improved our time in this residence. He’s come out and completely saved us from surprise concerns. He’s incredibly professional and humble, knowledgeable about his field, and he fixed or replaced the root issues in what felt like no time at all. He’s phenomenal and deserves all the praise for his diligence.

Sam from FirstKey Homes came out to help us with a damaged dishwasher and a broken window, and he was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and really took the time to listen and understand what we needed. He made sure everything was properly documented and sent to the correct vendors for delivery and installation and that we were completely satisfied before he left. We just recently moved in and need some things looked at. It was easy to request service and he was able to come by earlier then scheduled which was a win for me. Tracy was very nice and was able to explain the things he was fixing. He was a great help and now my dishwasher and other items are working smoothly. 10/10
