This place is a JOKE! DO NOT use them. Their so called "professionalism" is non-existent. My wife sitting next to me heard the lady raising her voice to me when all I was trying to do was discuss my payment with her. Very very very rude. Their needs to be retraining in this store an ASAP. No way to treat a so called "valued customer". Some one tried to warn me an I did not listen. Would rate negative stars if possible.

Didn't even want to go through with the loan due to the customer service. Kaniesha? Tanisha? Whatever her name is was rude and unprofessional over the phone. The voicemail left was unprofessional also. Not a fan of this business and chose to go somewhere else
