I called for help with propane and eye glasses. The wonderful sweet lady who answered the phone and helped us went above and beyond for my husband's glasses even called back on Monday even though she had no voice from becoming really sick over the weekend but still helping us set up an eye appointment. Thank you fish I wish I knew her name!

Its crazy. When I get a call all it takes is pressing a button and talking. Most calls usually only last a couple minutes. But these people DO NOT want to answer your calls if you are in need of help. They will sit there as their phone is ringing and ringing and ringing. LITERALLY for HOURS.
