I recently had my beautiful BMW hit while it was parked two times in less than 4 weeks. 5 star was an in network shop through my insurance company. I'm so happy I decided to go with this shop! My car is beautiful again! It looks like it never happened! Not only did they explain everything to me, they updated me about the repairs, and they cleaned the inside of my car!! They all were very professional! This is the only body shop I will go to. I hope to have them do more work soon. Thank you guys so much for fixing my baby!

My experience with Five Star Auto Body in Longview, WA was outstanding. Although I was initially hesitant because I had never worked with them before, I decided to give them a try after Geico, the other party's insurance, recommended them. I’m glad I did. The repair process took exactly two weeks, just as initially promised. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, communicative, and helpful. Three days after picking up my car, I encountered an issue where my car stopped working. I reached out to Five Star Auto Body, hoping they could help troubleshoot the problem. Aharon, the estimator, quickly identified the cause: during the repair, my car's door had been left open, which drained the battery. He immediately ordered a replacement battery and sent two technicians to my home. Within hours, my car was up and running perfectly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the Five Star Auto Body team. Their prompt attention to the issue went above and beyond my expectations. I have full confidence in recommending them to my friends and family.

The two young gentlemen that met me outdoors (Ahron and Mack) were fine examples of true customer service, my situation for having to go there wasn't pleasant, but they made it far better than expected. Professionals all the way. Full of collision repair knowledge like it's just in their blood.
They explained everything, let me vent and ask questions, good repair timeline, overall an extremely positive experience,
5 stars, nah, this is a ten star crew that raised the bar on talking with people like me that don't know a nail from a bolt. I should have done better expressing my gratitude, i will do that when i return in a few days.
Highly recommend and suggest that this establishment be your One Stop Shop.
Monday July 8th, thank you to Christian who met me in the office/lobby for his welcomed Monday morning customer service with a smile and sharing of knowledge.
Update: I got a call from. Ahron on Friday July uly 19th telling me that my vehicle is done. I drove in and had a jaw dropping moment when i saw my van, amazing work, as in meticulous perfection!
I'll add this... I've brought ny car in yo be serviced on the east coast and when i picked it up, it smelled like grease monkey sweat and gad a grimey steering wheel etc, these 5 Star Auto Body guys gave it a complete exterior bath and the inside still had the scent of my cologne! Haha.
I met the other Christian in the lobby yesterday along with Mack and Ahron,
I cannot sing your praises enough for being True customer service people.
I just love you guys so much.

A customer of GEICO hit my car and I went through their preferred Body Shop they use, which was Five Star Auto Body on Commerce. I was a little hesitant, but I just wanted my car fixed. I’m glad I decided to go with them. They fixed up my car and it honestly looks brand new. Can’t tell AT all that I was hit. I’ll refer this place to anyone I come by that needs their vehicle repaired, and if I ever have an issue in the future, this is where I’ll go. Thank you guys, SO much!!! This was a very stress free process. Here’s before they repaired my 2017 Chevy Traverse, and after. I HIGHLY recommend them! Quick, easy, and their communication was great!

Had someone rear end me at a red light and my insurance (Geico) said here and 2 other places were my options. After reading reviews I decided 5 star was where I should go. The team there needed my car a little longer than I originally planned but they did a FANTASTIC job and they helped compensate for the extra time they kept my car. I will go here again if ever the services were needed. They made sure to take care of me and do the job rite....highly recommended 👌🏾

Picked up my truck yesterday from five star after having it painted because of severe keying. Took a little longer than expected but well worth the wait and I was very pleasantly surprised at the work they did. I don't see it being done any better anywhere else. Ahron and his workers not only did great work, the customer service was very welcoming and prompt. If you want the job done right five star would be my recommendation. I would definitely use them again, thanks guys!!!

I unfortunately hit a loose piece of guard rail on i5 and was unable to avoid hitting it. I called around to just about every body shop around Longview and every single one was booked up until end of June or August!! I called five star auto and they had just opened their new shop a few months prior and were trying to build up their appointment book and were open to take my car in the very next day! I obviously was super excited to find a place that I wouldn’t have to wait forever for! I brought my little Honda in and Aaharon (hopefully I spelt that right) was super friendly and was ready to answer all of my questions! I just got my car back and WOW!!!!! I am literally BLOWN away by their service!! Anytime I called someone answered and was able to help me quickly! I even had a previous dent in my driver side fender that had nothing to do with this incident and they popped out the dent and buffed the yellow paint away for me!!! My car is now brand new looking and absolutely gorgeous and I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Five Star Auto! I will never go anywhere else!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Saul and the guys at Five Star fixed my daughter’s car after she hit a deer. They took care of everything. They walked me through the insurance process and got my daughter’s car looking better than it did when we bought it!!
