Not enough positive comments exist to describe my relations with Jenna Jones at Flagstaff Homes. As it was, I headed into the winter months living in Las Vegas and trying to sell a property in the snow country of Arizona. Our contract was about 90 days and she brought the legit buyer with almost a month to spare. At the onset my doubts were many. But the worries came to rest soon after my initial conversation with Jenna. There was a lot of work to do to make the property ready. And Jenna stepped up to all parts of the process without hesitation. She never missed a return call to inform me of the situation, or reminding me the jobs would be done and the sale would happen. She worked as I worried. She coordinated the cleaning, yard prep (2.5acres), trash dump, all inspections and seems like so much more. She could not have made the sale any easier. All I can say is, if you need an agent, I'm confident you'll be in great hands with Jenna!

Valerie Caro and her Top Flagstaff Producers Real Estate team completed an incredible sales package for us as trustees for a friend. We are out of state and needed to sell three duplexes. Valerie connected us with a local attorney, who reviewed the deeds and then moved them to a Charitable Trust. They researched the properties, recommended sales prices, listed and sold all within two months. They worked closely with the Title Company and the Property Management Firm to assure that each step was monitored and moved along to the next step.
